This policy covers romertrading.io and the ROMER waitlist. ROMER is a program of Entity Capital, LLC, which is responsible for the data described here. Questions go to [email protected].

What we collect

When you join the waitlist, through the form, our API, our MCP server or an AI agent acting for you, we store:

  • your email address;
  • where on the site you signed up, such as the top of the page or a plan card;
  • the plan you clicked, if you clicked one;
  • the country your request came from, as reported by our hosting network. We don’t store your IP address;
  • the date and time you joined.

That’s all. You don’t need an account, and we don’t ask for your name, phone number or payment details.

How we use it

We use your email address to tell you about ROMER and send the updates you joined for. The other details help us understand which parts of the site bring people in. We don’t sell your data, and we don’t share it with anyone for their own marketing.

Who processes it

The site and the waitlist database run on Cloudflare, which handles requests to the site and stores the list for us. When we start emailing the list, we’ll use an email service provider to send on our behalf. These providers process data only to run their service for us.

Cookies and storage

We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies, and the site runs no third-party analytics. When you join, your browser keeps a note in local storage that you’ve joined, so the page doesn’t ask again. It stays on your device. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie to protect the site from abuse.

How long we keep it

We keep your details while the waitlist is in use, or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it or delete it, at any time, by writing to [email protected] from the address you signed up with. We’ll answer within 30 days. Every email we send will include a way to stop getting them. Depending on where you live, for example in the EU, the UK or California, you may have further rights, including the right to complain to your data protection authority.

Children

ROMER is for adults. Don’t join if you’re under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. If a change affects how we use your email address, we’ll tell you by email first.
